This is the only authorized website to purchase tickets for New England Wizardfest at The Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel  in Marlborough Massachusetts and all future associated events.

Your receipt IS your ticket.

Our website sends an immediate email receipt once your purchase has gone through. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder. Once you have received this email, please print and save or save to your phone. For security purposes and to prevent fraud, we cannot send duplicate receipts.

New England Wizardfest will not be held responsible for lost receipts.

Upon arrival, please present your receipt or show on your phone with a photo ID at check in.

To ensure the Enjoyment of All of Our Guests, please note the following:

For security purposes and in accordance with the guidelines set forth by other ticket venues, sporting events, concerts, festivals, etc…tickets purchased from unauthorized dealers, websites, social media sites, individuals and scalpers will not be honored and admission to New England Wizardfest denied.

These terms also include homemade wristbands and wristbands from previous events.

Do not duplicate your receipt and give to others, as ALL receipts (including yours) will be not be honored and entrance denied.

In accordance with Hotel Policy, Only Service Animals are allowed.

Sealed water bottles are permitted. No weapons of ANY kind. No Large backpacks.

Due to the popularity of this event and limited number of tickets, ALL tickets are nonrefundable. All sales are final.
